RESEP SATE TAICHAN – Sate Taichan merupakan salah satu varian sate ayam yang populer di Indonesia, terutama di Jakarta. Berbeda dengan sate ayam pada umumnya yang dibumbui kecap manis, Sate Taichan memiliki cita rasa yang lebih segar dengan bumbu sambal pedas dan perasan jeruk nipis yang menyegarkan. Proses pembakarannya yang sederhana dan rasa yang menggugah membuat sate ini menjadi favorit banyak orang, terutama bagi pencinta pedas.
Berikut ini adalah resep sederhana untuk membuat Sate Taichan yang lezat dan mudah diikuti di rumah.
AYAM NATURAL POULTRY

BAHAN – BAHAN
- 500 gram Dada Boneless Natural Poultry potong dadu
- 6 siung bawang putih parut
- 1 sdm saus tiram
- 1 1/2 sdt garam
- 1 1/2 sdt kaldu jamur
- 1 1/2 sdm minyak
- 1/4 merica
- 1/2 sdt air jeruk nipis
- 3 siung bawang merah
- 10 cabe merah keriting
- 10 cabe rawit merah
- 2 siung kemiri
- 350 ml air
- 1 sdt gula
CARA MEMBUAT
- Pertama, bersihkan dada ayam dan potong dadu sesuai selera.
- Selanjutnya, marinasi dada ayam dengan 1 siung bawang putih, 1 sdm saus tiram, 1/2 sdt garam, 1/2 sdt kaldu jamur, 1 1/2 sdm minyak, 1/4 merica, 1/sdt air jeruk nipis. Diamkan selama 20 menit.
- Setelah itu, siapkan sambal sate taichan nya. Tumis 3 siung bawang merah, 5 siung bawang putih, 10 cabe merah keriting, 10 cabe rawit merah.
- Kemudian, chopper semua bahan sambel yang sudah di tumis tambahkan 2 siung kemiri dan 100 ml air.
- Jika sudah halus, masukkan bumbu yang sudah di chopper kedalam pan, nyalakan kompor. Tambahkan 1 sdt kaldu jamur, 1 sdt garam, 1 sdt gula, dan 250 ml air.
- Kamu bisa grill atau panggang dada ayam yang sudah di marinasi sampai matang.
- Tusuk dengan tusukkan sate, kemudian cocol dengan bumbu sambal yang sudah dibuat.
- Sate taichan homemade sudah jadi! siap di santap bareng keluarga.
Tips Tambahan:
- Jika Anda ingin sate Taichan lebih pedas, bisa menambah jumlah cabai rawit merah sesuai selera.
- Untuk variasi, Anda bisa menggunakan dada ayam atau bagian ayam lainnya seperti paha ayam tanpa kulit.
- Jangan terlalu lama memanggang sate agar ayam tetap lembut dan tidak terlalu kering.
