BAHAN – BAHAN
AYAM KECAP HONGKONG
- 500gr Paha Ayam Parting @naturalpoultry
- 4 siung bawang merah
- 4 siung bawang putih
- 1 jempol jahe
- 2 batang daun bawang
- 100 ml air
- 2 sdm kecap asin
- 2 sdm kecap manis
- 11/2sdm minyak wijen
- 1/2 sdt cuka
- 11/2 sdm saus tiram
- 1/2sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
- 1 sdt garam
- 1/4 sdt lada
- 1/2 sdt gula
BAHAN SAUS PEDAS
- 100 ml air
- 3 buah cabai
- 1 buah tomat
- 1/2 ruas jahe
- 1 sdm perasan jeruk
- 2 sdt gula
- 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk
- 2 sdm saus tomat
CARA MEMBUAT
- Pertama blender semua bahan saus pedas, lalu sisihkan.
- Kemudian, iris atau potong bawang merah, bawang putih, jahe, daun bawang.
- Setelah itu, campurkan beberapa saus dalam satu wadah yaitu kecap asin, kecap manis, minyak wijen, cuka, saus tiram, kaldu ayam bubuk, garam, lada, gula.
- Lalu, kita siapkan ayam nya. Untuk ayam nya disini menggunakan bagian paha parting broiler Natural Poultry.
- Siapkan wajan, masukkan ayam yang sudah di bersihkan. Lalu, masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih, jahe, dan daun bawang yang sudah di iris.
- Tuangkan juga saus kecap hongkong ke atasnya, nyalakan kompor dan bolak balik ayam sampai bumbu meresap sempurna.
- Setelah 25 menit, ayam sudah meresap dan mengental. Ayam kecap hongkong siap di sajikan bersama nasi hangat.
